FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Outstanding women in the community had a chance to shine during the 2026 Emerald Awards in Fort Lauderdale.

The annual event, hosted by Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, recognized four women and the strides they’ve made in healthcare and non-profit organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County.
