Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County’s Group Mentoring programs connect young people with mentors, experiences, and opportunities designed to build confidence, leadership skills, career readiness, and a strong foundation for their future.
All students who participate in the Group Mentoring programs will have access to scholarship opportunities designed to help them achieve their post-secondary goals.

GEMS
An 8-month program designed to help girls ages 13–17 build confidence, leadership skills, and resilience through mentorship and personal development.
Men of Tomorrow Program
In partnership with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, this 10-month program helps high school Black and Latino boys build leadership skills, prepare for college and careers, and grow through mentorship and service.
BIG PRIDE
A school-based program that empowers LGBTQ+ youth through mentorship, career readiness, leadership skills, and a strong sense of belonging in a safe and inclusive environment.
